Community

Community is where Edge truly shines. When you come to the gym you are so much more than a “member”, you are part of our community. Once a month we have an event (such as our infamous “tennis day out” or lawn bowls) to put our fitness to use and unite the Edge community outside the gym.

Holistic

We believe in a four pillar approach when it comes to your health and fitness. Our pillars are training, nutrition, mindset and recovery. We have many options for our training and recovery. We also have special nutrition and mindset events with guest speakers and we hope to expand our services.

Excellence

At Edge we aim to deliver the ultimate customer service experience. We routinely provide staff development days to ensure you are continually getting the most up to date and premium coaching possible. Our members also share this value whether in business, health, or sport, we aim to lift each other.

EdgeFit classes

Combining community with results-based fitness, our EdgeFit classes are something special. Follow a premium conditioning program designed especially for our members, receive expert coaching each class, while training alongside your peers. EdgeFit is the class you’re searching for.

Specialty Classes

Variety is the spice of life and the gym should be no different. We offer a multitude of specialty classes outside of our predominant EdgeFit classes to cater for the interests of our community. These classes include but are not limited to, boxing, bodypump, our teen and kid classes, yin yoga and more.

Personal training

Sometimes you need or desire specific one on one training or an individualised program. Personal training is the best way to go to ensure you get a program suited just for you and your goals. If you have specific goals, requirements, or want added accountability, personal training is your best option.
