Boxing

This class is the most popular of our specialty classes, and some of our members have been coming back to this class for 10 years! Our boxing class combines traditional boxing moves with high intensity interval training workouts to provide a challenging whole body workout.

Spin

Saddle up! This class is a high intensity interval training workout designed to challenge your cardiovascular endurance as well as your lower body’s muscular endurance. Lose yourself in the high energy atmosphere with the most upbeat music to get you through this fun workout.

EdgeFit Girls

“Empowering teens through fitness". This is one of our most in demand classes and is Alstonville’s only training program designed specifically for teenage girls. Each class is led by passionate coaches to guide each of our EdgeFit girls through safe technique while providing a fun and challenging environment.

Bro Club

The “bro-club” is Alstonville’s only strength and conditioning program designed specifically for teenage boys. With a new focus each term, this comprehensive training program will develop each trainee to improve their strength, fitness, and technique. Use this program to improve your athletic development or as a stand-alone fitness regime.

Little Sisters

To complement the success of the EdgeFit Girls program, the EdgeFit Little Sisters has been designed for primary age girls. This is one of our newest classes and is already one of our most popular. Have fun in a supportive and encouraging environment and build a foundational love of fitness and exercise that will carry through for a lifetime.

Designed to be a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for our over 50s of Alstonville, this class is one of our most popular classes and it’s no surprise why. This class most represents our value of community. Exercise alongside your peers and enjoy the social aspect of training.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also has been shown to improve mood.

BodyBalance

This LesMills class is a combination of yoga, pilates, and Tai Chi. During which an inspiring soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple stretches and core strengthening sequences designed to improve your mobility and flexibility.

BodyPump

This LesMills BodyPump class challenges your muscular endurance as you rep out exercises to the rhythm of upbeat music. During this class an instructor will energise and motivate you throughout the entire workout as they lead you from the front. This class is a hit your muscles will thank you for.
